I always thought I led a fairly healthy lifestyle -- eating well, exercising on occasion and trying to stay on top of food trends like Paleo etc, but I wasn't thrilled with any of the results. Working with Liz truly changed my outlook. My six months with her were like a metamorphosis in which I learned to appreciate my body for what it could do, how strong it could be and how good I could feel. I went from one or two vegetables a day to five or six! My hydration was better than ever, and most importantly, I somehow learned to enjoy exercise. I am now someone that wakes up super early to make sure I get my morning workout in, packs up water for the day, and pre plans out my meals well in advance so I won't fall victim to sugar snacks. And I do all of this because I want to! How did she turn me into one of these freaks? Through some amazing coaching and pep talks.
